About Abby
Abby started competitively swimming in 1st grade and became a lifeguard at 15, while also teaching swimming lessons to kids age 6 months to 18 years. She started coaching the local swim team kids at 16, and became a head guard in charge of swimming lessons and training new swim teachers at 18.
During college, she continued teaching and coaching, including coaching USA and High School swim team for several years.
When she is not swimming, she is at home with her 4 children, her pets, and her husband. Currently, she is the Head Coach for Timberland High School boys and girls swim teams in Wentzville. She also enjoys volleyball, gardening and attending her own kids sports!
We teach at a home pool in Lake St. Louis, for babies through adults.
